In the next two weeks, ASONA will have the honor of having two miraculous icons visit for prayer and veneration. During these turbulent times, this is a fantastic and opportune time for us to gather together to praise God and entreat the Theotokos, the Mother of Mercy, for her intercessions.
First, the Myrrhstreaming Hawaiian Iveron Icon fo the Theotokos will visit the parish on Saturday, September 18 at 5pm. We will have a Molieben and Akathist service, and an opportunity for veneration afterwards.
Next, the Wonderworking “Softener of Evil Hearts” Icon of the Theotokos will visit the parish on Saturday, September 25 at 9 am. We will have a Molieben and Akathist service, and an opportunity for veneration afterwards.
