This week the children will be learning about trust and faith in God. Abraham’s taking of Isaac to be sacrificed is a great example of faith in the Bible. How difficult it must have been for Abraham to be willing to sacrifice his beloved son. The children will begin to make the connection between this story, and the sacrifice God will make for us when he gives over His own beloved Son as a sacrifice for us. Please keep our little LAMBS in your God-pleasing prayers.
